The Dulwich Society Constitution (The Rules of the Dulwich Society) was adopted 12th March 1964. The most recent version of the constitution was last amended on 7 May 2019 (PDF).

Rules Review
The Society has undertaken a full review of its rules to modernise them and bring them into line with the Charity Commission standards. The Society objects will not change. A draft of the proposed new rules can be downloaded here (PDF). There will be a period of six months consultation and members who have comments on the new proposed rules should send them to the Secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) on or before Monday 23 October 2023. All consultation submissions from members will be considered by the Executive Committee and, prior to the AGM, final (amended as a result of members’ consultation submissions as appropriate) proposed rules will be published and they will be tabled for adoption at the 2024 AGM.
