The Dulwich Society Constitution (The Rules of the Dulwich Society) was originally adopted 12 March 1964. The most recent version of the constitution is available here (PDF) and was adopted at the 2025 AGM on 19 May 2025.
Rules Review
Prior to the adoption of the Constitution in 2024, the Society undertook a full review of its rules to modernise them and bring them into line with the Charity Commission standards.
