This year’s Dulwich Society AGM took place on the evening of 27 April in the Great Hall at Alleyn’s School. We thank the 65 members who attended.
Following the approval of last year’s AGM minutes, the Chair presented a round-up of the Society’s activities and achievements over the last year. The Treasurer then presented the accounts for the year ending December 2025, which were approved. Of the five trustees retiring by rotation, three stood again and were re-elected: James Thompson (Chair), Patsy Bramble (Licensing) and Penny Stern (Planning & Architecture). We said goodbye to Peter Roseveare (Wildlife), and Claire Richards (Journal Editor), both of whom were thanked for their valuable contribution to the Society and the local community. We also welcomed new trustee Emily Montague, taking over from Peter Roseveare. With no further business to conduct, there was plenty of time for socialising and refreshments after the meeting was closed.
Draft minutes of the meeting will be posted in the AGM and SGM minutes section of this website in due course.
