Administrative support for young charity
We are a young vibrant charity offering support and funding to young people for personal development, particularly those with less opportunity. We are looking for volunteers to help us with the administration of the various projects we are running. We are in the early stages of our development, having just been set up two years ago, and there is huge potential for growth and interest.
We would welcome help from volunteers to help us set up systems on the computer, run the office, co-ordinate some events, and support various initiatives we are currently following up. It would begin as half day weekly, and may develop into two days a week.
Lt Mark Evison was killed in Afghanistan in 2009, shot while trying to save his men in an ambush. The charity is based in Dulwich where Mark grew up. It was set up as a memorial to him, and has been very successful.
Do give me a ring to discuss. It would be very appropriate for a CV, if that is relevant.
